Frequently Asked
Choosing a new primary care physician comes with questions. Here are answers to some of the ones we hear most often.
What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based approach to healthcare that allows your physician to focus on you instead of insurance paperwork. At Bridge Family Health, your membership includes longer appointments, direct access to your care team, and personalized primary care designed around your health and goals.
Can I still use my insurance?
Yes. Many of our patients have health insurance through their employer, Medicare, or the Marketplace. While Bridge Family Health does not bill insurance for primary care visits, you can still use your insurance for specialist care, hospital services, imaging, prescriptions, and other covered medical needs.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! Bridge Family Health is currently accepting new patients from Evanston, Skokie, and surrounding communities. We invite you to schedule a complimentary Meet & Greet to tour our office, meet Dr. Jeff or Dr. Emma, and see if our relationship-based approach to primary care is right for you.
Do you see children?
Yes. We provide primary care for patients of all ages, including children, adults, and older adults. Whether you're looking for a family doctor for your child or comprehensive care for your entire family, we're here to help.
